A lot of my experience is in learning and development working –
in large organisations, with small business owners, and designing and developing my own sales and customer experience training.
When I first started my career in L&D I didn’t anticipate the amount of travel that was involved. A day here and there or weeks away, whatever was needed.
Anyone who travels a lot, whether it be for work or fun will be able to relate to the frustrations I experienced when orienting myself in new hotel rooms and apartments. New cities, new rooms meant new appliances and lots of online searches for instruction manuals.
This was the seed that led to Skandat.
Like most people I don’t travel for work or fun at the moment, yet the frustrations of having to find product information at a time when I need it persists. This has led me and my co founder to take the leap and develop a solution to make accessing information easier for consumers, and to simplify delivery of information by manufacturers.
Transformation is my jam and my goal is for Skandat to prevent waste and improve consumer experiences.
