A recent post on a community Facebook page caught my attention

What happens when  a question is posted on a comunity Facebook page about a problem with a vacuum?

The brand loses connection with the customer.

Author: thank you very much for that. I will do as you say.

Reply: Wash the filters

Reply: I agree with washing the filters. I have a Dyson and it regularly refuses to work until I take out the filter and wash it……even when it doesn’t look dirty

Reply: Hoover sucks

Reply : clearly not? (I’m sorry but perfect opportunity)

         Reply : good call

Reply: Italian? Not many of us in DC.

Maintain a connection with customers by making it easy for them to find the information they need at a time when they need it, directly and simply.

Brand management is just as important post purchase.
